These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website thinqhub.com (the "Site"). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Legal Notice. The Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial or technical advice.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by ThinqHub for Technology and Integrated Solutions ("ThinqHub", "we", "our", "us"), an Egyptian limited liability company incorporated under Investment Law No. 72 of 2017, with its registered office in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. 2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. Where the Site presents a form that requires active confirmation, your use of that form is additionally subject to your acceptance of these Terms at the point of submission. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business professionals. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are legally capable of entering into binding agreements, and are acting in a commercial or professional capacity rather than as a consumer.

4. Nature of this website

The Site is a marketing and information website. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, quotation or commitment to supply services, nor does it form part of any contract between ThinqHub and any user. All services provided by ThinqHub are agreed and contracted separately, in writing, outside this Site. No transactions, payments or online service contracts are concluded through the Site.

5. Permitted use

You may browse the Site and contact us through the forms provided. You may not:

  • access, scrape, crawl or index the Site beyond normal browser use, or attempt to reverse-engineer it;
  • upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing or malicious content;
  • circumvent security measures or gain unauthorised access to any system;
  • use the Site to harass, impersonate any person, or send unsolicited commercial messages;
  • use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, including Egypt's Anti-Cyber and Information Technology Crimes Law No. 175 of 2018.

We may reject or remove any submission that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, the ThinqHub name and wordmark, layout, design and software) is owned by or licensed to ThinqHub and is protected under Egypt's Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002 and applicable international law. The ThinqHub name and wordmark are proprietary marks of ThinqHub; all rights are reserved. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference only. No other licence is granted.

7. Your submissions

Personal data. Any personal data you submit through the contact form or a job-application form (including your name, email address and CV) is not subject to any intellectual-property licence in these Terms and is handled solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Job applications are subject to the recruitment terms described in that policy; please do not upload special-category (sensitive) data, and note that submitted files are not returned.

Other feedback. Any non-personal idea, suggestion or feedback you choose to send us (other than personal data and job applications) may be used by ThinqHub for any purpose without obligation, compensation or confidentiality.

8. Privacy, data and cookies

The collection and use of personal data through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Site you confirm that you have read them. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails.

9. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites for convenience only. This does not constitute an endorsement. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices or security of any third-party website.

10. Disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but the Site is provided for general information only. We do not warrant that the Site will be available without interruption, that its content is free from errors or omissions, or that it is free from viruses or harmful components. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law, including liability for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Limitation of liability

Subject always to the paragraph above, and to the extent permitted by applicable law: ThinqHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site; and ThinqHub's total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount, if any, you have paid to ThinqHub in connection with the Site, which for the Site is nil. Nothing in this section limits our liability arising from a breach of our obligations as a data controller under Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ThinqHub against any third-party claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law in connection with your use of the Site.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date, and where changes are material we will provide notice on the Site. Changes take effect prospectively; continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Legal Notice, are the entire agreement between you and ThinqHub regarding your use of the Site, and do not affect any separate written services agreement.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo, Egypt (including the Cairo Economic Court where it has jurisdiction) have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or elsewhere, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the competent courts of that country where mandatory law so provides.

16. Language

These Terms are published in Arabic, English and German. The English text is the authoritative version; the Arabic and German texts are provided for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency, the English text prevails.
