Digital transformation consulting

What does a consulting engagement include?

We assess how your business actually runs, from the systems and data to the manual steps in between, and produce a prioritized roadmap. That roadmap covers what to fix first, what to automate, and where AI adds real value. You get a clear plan tied to your operations, not a generic template.

How does an engagement start?

It starts with discovery. We interview the people who run the work, map your current systems and data flows, and identify where time and money leak between disconnected tools. From there we present findings and a phased roadmap you can act on.

Do you only advise, or do you also implement?

Both. Many advisory firms hand you a slide deck and leave. We can also build and run what the roadmap recommends, from software and integrations to cloud and support. You choose whether we deliver the whole plan or just the parts you want help with.

How long does discovery take?

Most discovery phases run a few weeks, depending on the size of the business and how many systems and teams are involved. A single-location operation moves faster than a multi-site group. We agree the scope and timeline before we start so there are no surprises.

What does consulting cost?

Pricing depends on the scope of the assessment and the size of your operation. A focused discovery for one department costs less than a company-wide review across multiple sites. We scope the work first and give you a fixed price before any commitment.

Are you tied to a specific software vendor?

No. Our roadmap is built around what fits your operations, whether that means an off-the-shelf platform, custom software, or a mix. We name tools like Odoo or ERPNext as options when they fit, but the recommendation follows your needs, not a vendor relationship.
