05Frequently asked

ThinqHub Cloud

What does Cloud include?

Cloud is our own cloud platform and application suite. It covers hosted business applications, infrastructure and VPS, domains, SSL, and managed day-to-day operations. You get the systems your business runs on in one managed place, without stitching together separate providers.

Where is our data hosted and can we control residency?

We work with data residency in mind, which matters for clients in Egypt, the Gulf, and Europe. We discuss hosting location and residency requirements with you before setup, including compliance needs such as GDPR for European operations. The right location depends on your regulatory and performance needs.

How does this compare to setting up our own cloud?

Running your own cloud means hiring people to configure, secure, patch, and monitor it around the clock. With Cloud we handle that operational load for you under one agreement. You keep the control you need while we carry the day-to-day management.

Do you manage backups and uptime?

Yes. Managed operations include regular backups, monitoring, and uptime management as part of the service. We define backup schedules and recovery expectations with you up front. If something goes wrong, restoring your systems is our responsibility, not yours.

Can you migrate our existing hosting to you?

Yes. We plan the migration to minimize downtime, move your applications, data, domains, and email, and verify everything works before cutover. We handle the technical steps so your team is not left untangling the move. You keep operating while we manage the transition.

Can we scale up or down as our needs change?

Yes. Infrastructure and hosted applications can scale as your workload grows or seasonal demand shifts. We review capacity with you and adjust resources so you are not paying for unused headroom. The platform grows with your operations.
