05Frequently asked

ERP and systems, answered

Which system is right for my business?

It depends on how you actually run, not on which vendor we prefer. We assess your processes and constraints, then recommend the platform that fits, whether that is Odoo, ERPNext, or something you already own. We are not tied to a single vendor.

What is the difference between Odoo and ERPNext?

Both are full ERP platforms covering finance, sales, inventory and more. Odoo has a large app ecosystem and paid Enterprise editions; ERPNext is open source with no per-user license fee. The right choice depends on your budget model, the modules you need, and how much customization is involved. We help you decide objectively.

How much does an ERP implementation cost in Egypt?

Cost depends on scope: number of users, modules, integrations, data migration and customization. A focused SME rollout is much lighter than a multi-entity deployment. We scope the work and give you a clear figure before any build, so there are no surprises.

How long does an ERP implementation take?

A focused deployment can go live in a few weeks; a broader, multi-department rollout typically runs a few months. We plan the sequence around your operations and go live in stages where that lowers risk.

What are the phases of an implementation?

Discovery and process mapping, solution design and configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing, training, then go-live and support. We stay accountable through go-live and adoption, not just the build.

Can you migrate our data from our old system?

Yes. We migrate from spreadsheets, legacy ERPs and custom databases, with cleaning, mapping and validation, so you go live on data you can trust.

Does the system integrate with Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) e-invoicing?

Yes. We implement ERP that meets Egypt's e-invoicing and e-receipt requirements, and we can extend it for VAT and local payroll rules. For the Gulf, we also handle ZATCA and Fatoora requirements in Saudi Arabia.

Does it fully support Arabic?

Yes. We deliver Arabic (right-to-left) interfaces, invoices and documents alongside English, with bilingual training and documentation.
