You run client engagements from first scope to go-live, keeping teams aligned and clients confident. You own the plan, the schedule, and the relationship on every project you lead. When delivery goes well, it is because you made the hard calls early.
What you will do
- Scope engagements with clients and define clear deliverables and milestones.
- Plan work, assign resources, and track progress against schedule and budget.
- Run status meetings and keep clients informed with honest updates.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes before they become problems.
- Coordinate consultants, engineers, and client teams toward go-live.
- Hold teams and clients to their commitments.
- Capture lessons learned and improve how ThinqHub delivers.
What you bring
- Five or more years managing software or systems delivery projects.
- A proven record running client-facing engagements end to end.
- Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Comfort holding difficult conversations and driving to decisions.
- Fluency with project planning and tracking tools.
- Working English and Arabic for client-facing work.
Nice to have
- A PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
- Experience delivering custom software or business system projects.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira or MS Project.
