You keep clients' systems and people working, from hardware and networks to the business applications they use every day. You are often the first person a client reaches when something breaks, and how you handle that moment shapes their trust in ThinqHub.

What you will do

  • Respond to support requests and resolve issues across desktops, networks, and accounts.
  • Set up and maintain hardware, software, and user access.
  • Provide first-line support for the business applications clients rely on.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, email, and printing problems on-site and remotely.
  • Log tickets clearly and escalate the ones that need a specialist.
  • Walk client users through fixes in plain, patient language.
  • Keep asset and access records accurate and up to date.

What you bring

  • One or more years in IT support or a help desk role.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows, common office software, and basic networking.
  • A calm, service-first approach with non-technical users.
  • Clear communication and a habit of following through.
  • Working English and Arabic for client-facing support.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel to client offices when needed.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with business application support.
  • Basic Linux or cloud administration.
  • An IT certification such as CompTIA A+ or a Microsoft credential.
