You own ERP implementations from first discovery workshop to a live, adopted system. You sit with client teams, learn how their business runs, and shape the platform around it. This role decides whether a client's finance, inventory, and operations run smoothly for years, so the work you do here has direct, lasting impact.
What you will do
- Run discovery workshops to map client processes across finance, sales, inventory, and operations.
- Design ERP solutions that fit each client's real workflows, then configure and document them.
- Lead data migration, testing, and cutover planning through to go-live.
- Train client users and drive adoption after launch.
- Coordinate with engineers on customizations and integrations to other systems.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across the engagement.
- Provide post go-live support and continuous improvement.
What you bring
- Five or more years implementing ERP systems for mid-sized or large organizations.
- Hands-on experience with at least one ERP platform such as Odoo or ERPNext.
- Strong grasp of core business processes across finance, supply chain, and sales.
- Proven track record running implementations end to end, not just single modules.
- Ability to run workshops and translate business needs into system configuration.
- Working English and Arabic for client-facing work.
Nice to have
- Experience across more than one ERP platform.
- SQL and reporting skills for data migration and custom reports.
- Industry depth in manufacturing, retail, or distribution.
Why this role
- You own the full client relationship and the outcome, not a narrow slice of it.
- You work across many industries and business models, deepening your consulting range.
- You shape delivery methods that the whole practice reuses.
