You turn messy business problems into clear, buildable solutions. You sit between client stakeholders and delivery teams, learning how a business really works and defining exactly what needs to be built. The quality of your analysis sets the direction for every project you touch.
What you will do
- Elicit and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and observation.
- Map current-state processes and design improved future-state workflows.
- Write functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for engineers and consultants.
- Support user acceptance testing and validate that delivery meets the spec.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage changing requirements.
- Produce process documentation, diagrams, and reports for client and internal use.
What you bring
- Three or more years as a business analyst on technology or process projects.
- Strong requirements elicitation and process mapping skills.
- Clear, structured writing for specifications and documentation.
- Confident stakeholder communication and facilitation.
- Working English and Arabic for client-facing work.
Nice to have
- Experience with business systems, workflow tools, or data platforms.
- Knowledge of BPMN or similar process notation.
- Familiarity with agile delivery and backlog management.
