You bring AI and automation into real business systems, not demos. You build agents, pipelines, and analytics that plug into the tools clients already use, then measure the difference they make. The work is practical and outcome-driven, and it reaches production.

What you will do

  • Design and build AI agents and automations that fit existing client workflows.
  • Integrate LLMs and machine learning models into production applications.
  • Build data pipelines and analytics that turn raw data into useful signals.
  • Design prompts, retrieval, and evaluation to make AI features reliable.
  • Connect automations to client systems through APIs and integrations.
  • Measure accuracy, cost, and impact, then improve on each iteration.
  • Work with consultants and clients to find high-value automation opportunities.

What you bring

  • Three or more years in software, data, or ML engineering.
  • Strong Python and experience integrating APIs and services.
  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including prompting and retrieval.
  • Solid grasp of data handling, SQL, and building pipelines.
  • Working English for technical documentation and team collaboration. Arabic a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience with agent frameworks or orchestration tools.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings.
  • Cloud and containerized deployment experience.
