Process Optimization & Automation

process optimization & automation

Fix the Process Before You Buy the System

We document how work actually flows through your operation, redesign the steps that waste time or breed errors, and hand you a shortlist of what is genuinely worth automating.

Software configured around a broken process just produces mistakes faster. That is why process work sits at the heart of our Consulting line and comes before, or runs alongside, any systems project we touch. Process Optimization & Automation is the engagement where we walk your order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory and service workflows step by step, on the floor and in the files, and separate three things that usually arrive tangled together: steps that should be redesigned, steps that should be automated, and steps that should simply stop existing.

What We Do

Process Mapping & Measurement

We document each process as it is actually performed, not as the procedure manual describes it: every handoff, approval, re-entry and workaround, including the WhatsApp messages and side spreadsheets that never appear on an org chart. Then we measure it. Where does time accumulate, where do errors enter, where does a document wait for a signature. The map gives your leadership a shared, factual picture of the operation, often for the first time.

Redesign Before Software

With the map in hand, we redesign: remove duplicate entry, collapse approval chains that add delay without adding control, define who owns each decision, and standardize the exceptions that currently get improvised. Much of this costs nothing to implement because it changes how people work, not what they work with. When the redesign does call for systems change, it becomes a precise requirement rather than a vague wish, which is exactly what an ERP configuration in Odoo or ERPNext needs as input.

Automation Candidate Shortlist

Not every manual step deserves a robot. From the redesigned processes we shortlist the steps where automation pays: high volume, rule-based, error-prone, measurable. Each candidate is specified with the systems involved and the expected effect on manual touches, ready to hand to our Intelligent Process Automation team for document capture, approvals and integrations, or to our ERP Solutions team when the fix belongs inside Odoo or ERPNext workflows.
how it works

How the Engagement Runs

  1. Scope. We pick the processes that matter most, usually where cash, inventory or customer commitments move.
  2. Map. We shadow the work, interview the people doing it and document the real flow, exceptions included.
  3. Redesign. We workshop the future flow with your team, so the design carries their fingerprints, not just ours.
  4. Handover. You receive the process maps, the redesign, and the automation shortlist with a recommended sequence.

The redesigned processes feed directly into the roadmap work of Innovation & Strategy Development, and the rollout of any change runs through Change Management & Training so the new way of working actually sticks.

why thinqhub

Why ThinqHub

  • Floor-level, not framework-level. We map what your people actually do, including the workarounds nobody wrote down.
  • Redesign first. We fix the process before recommending software, so you do not pay to automate waste.
  • Execution-ready output. Every automation candidate is specified tightly enough for our Odoo, ERPNext and automation teams to build from directly.
  • Regional reality. Bilingual teams, paper-heavy suppliers and Egypt and Gulf operating rhythms are the assumed context, not a surprise.
