Extracted fields are validated against your master data before they enter your ERP. Arabic documents and mixed Arabic-English layouts are a core capability, not an add-on.

Approval Workflows

We replace email chains and paper signatures with structured approval flows: multi-step routing based on value or category, delegation when an approver is away, reminders that do the chasing for you, and a complete audit trail of who approved what and when. Approvals happen where your people already are, in the ERP or on their phones.

Cross-System Integration

When the same data lives in your ERP, an e-commerce platform, a banking export and a spreadsheet, someone is retyping it. We build integrations that move data between systems automatically, with validation and error handling, so each record is entered once and flows everywhere it is needed.
