The System Went Live. Did the Habits?

Rollout planning, role-based training and post-go-live support that turn a delivered system into one your people actually use, in English and Arabic.

A system nobody uses is an expense, not an asset. The pattern is familiar: the software works, the project closes, and within months the warehouse is back on paper and finance is back in spreadsheets, because adoption was treated as an announcement instead of a plan. Change Management & Training is the part of our Consulting line that treats adoption as a deliverable with its own scope, schedule and success checks, whether the change is a new ERP on Odoo or ERPNext, an automation rollout, or a redesigned process from our Process Optimization & Automation work.

What We Do

Adoption & Rollout Planning

We plan the human side of the change with the same rigor as the technical side: who is affected, what each role must do differently from day one, in what order departments switch over, and what happens to the old way of working. Rollout schedules respect the operating calendar, month-end close, seasonal peaks and Ramadan hours, because a go-live that collides with the busiest week of the year fails on arrival.

Role-Based Training

Nobody needs training on the whole system. We build training around roles: the storekeeper learns receiving and transfers, the accountant learns invoicing and reconciliation, managers learn the reports they will actually read. Sessions run in English or Arabic as your teams need, with exercises drawn from your own documents and data rather than generic demos. For deep, tool-specific ERP curricula on Odoo and ERPNext, this connects to our Odoo Training & Support service; this page is the broader adoption program any system change needs around that training.

Superuser Programs

External trainers leave. We identify and prepare superusers inside each department, the people colleagues already turn to, so first-line questions get answered at the next desk and the knowledge stays in your company. Superusers get deeper training, early access during testing, and a direct line to us during stabilization.

Go-Live & Stabilization Support

The first weeks decide whether people commit to the new way or quietly route around it. We define escalation paths for the issues that will surface, monitor where usage lags, and hold structured check-ins in the first months so problems get fixed while they are still small. Old workarounds get retired deliberately, not left running in parallel forever.
how it works

How the Engagement Runs

  1. Impact mapping. We identify every role the change touches and what changes for each of them.
  2. Plan. Rollout sequence, training calendar, superuser selection and the criteria that define adopted.
  3. Train. Role-based sessions on your data, in your language, timed around your operating calendar.
  4. Stabilize. Go-live support, usage checks and follow-up sessions until the new way is the normal way.

Adoption planning works best when it starts early, ideally while the roadmap is still being written in Innovation & Strategy Development, because sequencing decisions made there determine how much change lands on your people at once.

why thinqhub

Why ThinqHub

  • Adoption as a deliverable. Usage has defined criteria and checkpoints, not a hopeful mention in the closing report.
  • Bilingual by design. Training and materials in English and Arabic, matched to how each team actually works.
  • Built on delivery experience. We plan rollouts as the team that also implements Odoo and ERPNext, so we know exactly where adoption breaks.
  • Knowledge stays with you. Superuser programs and documentation are structured so you need us less over time, not more.

Make the new system the way work gets done.
