A structured AI readiness assessment that inventories your systems and data, scores your use cases by effort and payback, and hands you a roadmap you can act on, with us or without us.

Most AI initiatives do not fail on the technology. They fail earlier: the data was not ready, nobody owned the outcome, or the first use case was chosen for excitement rather than payback. The AI Strategy & Readiness assessment exists to catch those problems before you commit budget. It is the entry point to our AI & Automation line, and it is deliberately independent: the deliverable is a roadmap, not a proposal, and you are free to execute it with any team you choose.

What the Assessment Covers

Systems & Data Inventory

We map the systems your operation actually runs on: your ERP (Odoo, ERPNext or another platform), spreadsheets, point solutions and the manual handoffs between them. For each data source we assess quality, completeness and accessibility. Arabic and bilingual data is evaluated as part of the baseline.

Use-Case Scoring

We gather candidate use cases from your team, then score each on two axes: how much effort it takes to build and how quickly it pays back in hours saved or errors avoided. Typical candidates include purchase order drafting, invoice matching, document capture and demand forecasting. The scoring is deliberate and unsentimental.

Sequenced Roadmap

The output is a plain-language roadmap: what to automate first, what to fix before automating, and what to leave alone because the return is not there. Each item names the systems involved, the prerequisite work and the ownership it needs from your side, so the next step is a decision rather than another study.

How the Assessment Runs

  1. Kickoff. A working session with your operations, finance and IT leads to agree scope and collect the pain points worth examining.
  2. Inventory. We review your systems and sample your data, on site or remotely, without disrupting daily work.
  3. Scoring. We evaluate each candidate use case against your data reality and your team's capacity to run what gets built.
  4. Readout. A roadmap session where we walk through the findings, the sequence and the honest verdict, including "not yet" where that is the truth.
