This service, part of our AI & Automation line, fixes that in order: first the data, then the visibility, then the prediction. We start from the decisions you need to make, purchasing, staffing, cash, and work backwards to the data that supports them, rather than shipping a wall of charts nobody opens twice.

Data Foundations

Forecasts built on inconsistent data are expensive guesses. We consolidate your sources, Odoo or ERPNext, sales channels, operational spreadsheets and third-party tools, into one governed dataset: fields standardized, duplicates resolved, Arabic and English records reconciled, and refreshes automated. This is the unglamorous layer that makes everything above it reliable.

Live Dashboards

We design dashboards around roles and decisions, not around whatever the system can chart. An operations lead sees today's order flow, stock positions and exceptions; a finance lead sees receivables aging and cash position; management sees the consolidated view across companies or branches. Each number links back to the underlying ERP transactions.

Forecasting & Predictive Models

With trustworthy history in place, we build forward-looking models: demand forecasts to guide purchasing and stock levels, cash-flow projections based on how your customers actually pay, and seasonality patterns that matter in Egypt and Gulf markets, such as Ramadan and summer cycles. Every forecast ships with its assumptions stated and its accuracy tracked against reality.

  4. Run. We track forecast accuracy, tune the models and extend coverage as your team starts asking better questions.
