Infrastructure & DevOps

cloud solutions & infrastructure

Reproducible Environments. Boring Releases.

ThinqHub designs, automates and operates the infrastructure and delivery pipelines under your software, so environments are defined as code and every release is small, tested and deployed with a rollback path.

If your team runs its own software, the infrastructure underneath it is either an asset or a standing source of surprises. This service makes it the former. We take on the machinery that in-house teams rarely get time to build properly: infrastructure defined as code, deployment pipelines that make releases uneventful, monitoring tuned to what actually matters, and recovery plans that get rehearsed instead of filed. It serves teams running custom platforms as well as companies with heavily customised Odoo and ERPNext deployments, and it is part of the Cloud & Hosting line, sitting alongside Managed SaaS & Application Hosting for those who would rather hand the whole layer over.

What We Build and Run

Cloud Infrastructure Management

We design and operate infrastructure across major cloud providers, selecting the platform that fits your workload, budget and data-residency needs rather than a house favourite. Environments are defined as code, so development, staging and production stay consistent and a new environment is a command, not a project. Cost and capacity are reviewed on a regular cadence, and security hardening is an ongoing practice, not a checkbox.

CI/CD & Release Automation

We build the pipelines that carry code from commit to production: automated builds, test gates, staged deployments and clean rollback paths. Small, frequent, reversible releases replace the big-bang deployment everyone dreads. The same discipline applies whether the codebase is a custom product or the customisation layer of an Odoo or ERPNext instance, where untested changes have a way of finding month-end.

Monitoring, Alerting & Observability

Dashboards nobody reads and alerts everybody ignores are worse than nothing. We instrument systems around the questions that matter, is it up, is it fast, is anything trending toward trouble, and route alerts to the people who can act, with noise deliberately engineered out. How alerts are prioritised, escalated and responded to is defined and agreed per engagement, so operations run on shared expectations rather than assumptions.

Disaster Recovery & Resilience

Backups, replication and failover arrangements are designed around recovery objectives we agree with you per engagement, and then comes the part most setups skip: the plan is actually exercised. Restores are tested and failovers rehearsed on a schedule, with findings folded back into the design. A recovery plan that has never been run is a hope, not a plan.
how we work

How We Work

  1. Assess. We review your current infrastructure, deployment practice and operational risks.
  2. Codify. Environments and configuration move into code and version control, making the current state visible and reproducible.
  3. Automate. Pipelines, monitoring and recovery mechanisms are built and rehearsed.
  4. Operate or hand over. We run the platform with regular reporting, or transfer it to your team with documentation and training. The choice stays yours.
why thinqhub

Why ThinqHub

  • Builders and operators. The team that automates your infrastructure also builds and runs business systems, so pipelines reflect how software is actually delivered, not a textbook.
  • Code over clicks. Anything we set up is captured as code and documentation, which means it can be audited, reproduced and handed over.
  • Rehearsed, not assumed. Recovery plans and rollback paths are exercised on a schedule and the results are reported, so resilience is observed practice rather than a promise.
  • Regional context. Architecture and provider choices account for data-residency and regulatory considerations relevant to Egypt and the Gulf.
