Managed SaaS & Application Hosting

cloud solutions & infrastructure

Hosting That Comes With an Operator Attached

ThinqHub runs Odoo, ERPNext and any SaaS or business application as a continuous managed service: we provision it, patch it, back it up, watch it and own the response.

Most hosting is sold as space on a server, and everything that actually keeps an application healthy is left to you. Managed SaaS & Application Hosting is the opposite arrangement. ThinqHub takes operational responsibility for the applications your business runs on, whether that is Odoo, ERPNext, a CRM, an e-commerce platform, a document system or software we built for you. It is the anchor of our Cloud & Hosting line and the “run” layer of our advise, build, run model: a recurring service with a named contact, a monthly report and one company accountable when something needs attention.

What Managed Actually Means

The Full Operating Stack

Managed means the whole stack, not a control panel login. We provision and size the infrastructure, keep the operating system and application layers patched and current, tune databases and performance as usage grows, and treat security hardening as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time setup. Capacity is reviewed against real usage, so you scale when the numbers say so, not when something breaks.

Monitoring & Incident Handling

We monitor availability, performance and resource health continuously, and alerts go to engineers who understand the application above the server, not just the server. When something needs attention it is investigated, resolved and written up. Response expectations and escalation paths are defined and agreed per engagement, so you know in advance how incidents are prioritised and who is informed.

Backups & Recovery Readiness

Every environment we operate carries scheduled backups with defined retention, and we periodically restore from those backups to confirm they work; an untested backup is treated as no backup at all. Recovery procedures are documented and rehearsed so that restoring service is a practiced routine, and recovery objectives are agreed with you per engagement, with the plan exercised against them.

Any Application, One Contract

Odoo and ERPNext are where much of our operating experience comes from, but the service covers any SaaS or business application your operation depends on, including custom-built software. Everything sits under one contract with a single point of contact, and you receive a monthly report covering performance, incidents, changes and recommendations. If you ever want to take operations back in-house, the documentation goes with you.
how it starts

How the Service Starts

  1. Review. We audit your current hosting, application versions, integrations and known pain points.
  2. Define. We agree the operating scope, reporting cadence, escalation paths and response expectations in writing.
  3. Transition. We take over operation, or move the workload first through our Cloud Migration service, planned to keep disruption to a minimum.
  4. Operate. Ongoing management, monitoring and monthly reporting, with a named contact who knows your setup.
why thinqhub

Why ThinqHub

  • Application-aware operations. We implement Odoo and ERPNext and build custom software ourselves, so we operate hosting with an understanding of what the application needs, not just the server underneath it.
  • A posture you can inspect. We state what we do, monitoring, patching, backup testing, recovery rehearsal, and we report on it monthly, so the practice is visible rather than assumed.
  • Regional context. Data-residency and regulatory considerations relevant to Egypt and the Gulf are part of how we select and design infrastructure.
  • Built to hand over. Runbooks and documentation are deliverables, not internal notes. You are never locked in by our knowledge.
