ERP Functional Consultant – (Hybrid, Egypt)

Role Overview

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring ERP solutions, conducting user training, and ensuring successful implementations. You will work closely with clients to analyze their workflows, recommend best practices, and customize ERP solutions based on their industry and operational needs.

This role requires hands-on experience in at least one ERP system (Odoo, Dynamics, or ERPNext), with the ability to adapt across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Requirement Analysis – Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and processes.
2. ERP Implementation & Configuration – Customize and configure ERP modules to align with client requirements.
3. User Training & Support – Provide training sessions, documentation, and post-implementation support.
4. Workflow Optimization – Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using ERP capabilities.
5. Data Migration & Integration – Assist in migrating data from legacy systems and integrating with third-party applications.
6. Testing & Troubleshooting – Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless ERP performance.
7. Cross-ERP Expertise – Work with multiple ERP platforms (Odoo, Dynamics, ERPNext) based on client needs.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience: 3+ years as an ERP Functional Consultant, specializing in at least one ERP platform (Odoo, Dynamics, or ERPNext).
2. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP modules like CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, and Manufacturing.
3. Analytical Skills: Ability to translate business requirements into ERP configurations and workflows.
4. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve ERP-related issues.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
6. Self-Motivated & Remote-Ready: Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
7. Industry Knowledge: Experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics, or services is a plus.
