Sales Representative – ERP System (Hybrid, Egypt)

As a Sales Representative at ThinqHub, you will play a pivotal role in selling ERP solutions to businesses across Egypt. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and showcasing how ERP can transform their operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and referrals).
- Consultative Selling – Understand client needs, demonstrate ERP features, and offer tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Management – Track leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM system to maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Product Demonstrations – Conduct virtual presentations and demos to showcase ERP capabilities.
- Client Relationship Building – Establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and ERP developments to provide value-driven solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement – Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in ERP, SaaS, or software sales (ERP experience is a big plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with business process automation, CRM, and ERP solutions.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Results-Driven: Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Self-Motivated & Remote-Ready: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate remotely.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections, present ROI-driven solutions, and close deals.
